Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Louisiana Academy of Continuing Dental Education / LSU Continuing Dental Education reserves the right to cancel any course should circumstances warrant such action.  In the event that a course is cancelled or filled, the Academy will either refund the full tuition or apply the tuition to the next course of your choice.  If you must cancel your registration for a course, the Academy will apply the tuition you paid (minus an administrative fee) to the next course of your choice if the Academy receives written notification of your withdrawal fifteen (15) working days prior to a lecture course or thirty (30) days prior to a participation course.  Nitification of withdrawal received after a course begins will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition.

CE Credit

Continuing education credit awarded for participation in a course or activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states.  It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his or her state licensing board.

No recording devices or cellular phones will be allowed in the lecture rooms or labs.
